"Website" means the EventFrog website.

2) Intended Operation of the Website

The website is intended to be used to plan events with your friends, and see what your friends are up to. You can request that your friends are added to your friends list, but your friend has the option to reject the request thus keeping their identity secret. You can post photos, blogs and comments on events and your profile page. Who sees this information is in your control by using the privacy options.

3) Accuracy of information

Although we try our best to ensure accuracy, we do not take responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any of the information provided on the website.

4) Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the website. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result at or due to the events organised through the website. In addition, you specifically acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any material on the website, or with any of our terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website.

4) Terms of use

By using the website you agree to abide by the following terms of use:

We do not vet and are not responsible for any information which is posted on this website. All content is viewed and used by you at your own risk and we do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any of the information. The views expressed are those of the individual contributors and not necessarily those of the company.

However, in the instance of a complaint regarding offensive content, we will act expeditiously to remove the offending content if the complaint is valid.
